Okay so scratch that 20lbs in no specific time frame...Lots of big events coming up:
I'm working on a show in Vegas in May (approx 60 days from now!) and I have to get this fat off of me! The healthiest way possible of course, no crash dieting here. Oh and not to mention it's my other half's BIG 3-0! And on top of all that, one of my best friends is getting married in June!
Between school and pre-production for this show I'm eating myself into an abyss. Pretty sure I'm gaining rather than losing! Maybe I should try out one of those food journal things? That would probably just depress me and I would eat more...oh well. Here goes nothing.
